Cortez Champs! Isaiah (57 kg) and Elijah (61 kg) win U20 Nationals

Twin champs!

Incoming Cornell freshmen Isaiah Cortez (57 kg) and Elijah Crtez (61 kg) won U20 US Open National titles in Las Vegas with dominant performances.

Both went 6-0 in loaded brackets, with several technical fall victories.

Both move on to the best of three finals series at the World Team Trials on May 29 in Ohio.

Big Red freshman Cash Henderson also had an outstanding tournament, going 5-1 in a deep 125 kg bracket to take third place.
