U20 Freestyle Nationals: Knox Wins; Cerchio, Joy & Dellagatta Place

In Las Vegas, Anthony Knox captured the U20 Freestyle 57 kg championship in dominant fashion, winning all of his matches by technical fall in a bracket loaded with nationally ranked wrestlers and a two-time World Champion. His title earns him a bye to the finals of the U20 World Team Trials on May 31 in Ohio.

Louie Cerchio, Jaxon Joy, and Rocco Dellagatta all qualified for the U20 World Team Trials with their stellar performances. Cerchio took third at 79 kg, while both Joy (70 kg) and Dellagatta (125 kg) nabbed fourth in stacked brackets.

Both Gabriel Bouyssou (65 kg) and Cash Henderson (125 kg) made the blood round, while Danny Aranda (61 kg) won 4 matches and Ryder Yoshitake won 3.
